Rosie Kitson is Chief Impact Officer for Havas UK&I, where her role is to support the sustainable transformation of its agencies and their clients. Prior to joining Havas, Rosie specialised in Behaviour Change and Social Purpose on clients such as the UK Government, Unilever, National Trust and TK Maxx. Alongside this she has long been invested in harnessing the industry’s creative and strategic firepower for good. This included being part of the team putting on the industry’s first ever Climate Crisis Summit, which went on to inspire the industry’s official response to the climate crises - Ad Net Zero. Within AdNetZero Rosie co- authored the #ChangeTheBrief initiative to inspire and support advertising professionals in promoting sustainable attitudes and behaviours through their campaigns.
