As Head of Commercial Audience Data at Mail Metro Media, Sammie Eales is responsible for supporting the commercial team with first-party data strategies, optimising campaigns, and evaluating the effectiveness of all campaigns run across Mail Metro Media’s digital portfolio. Since joining the team in 2017, Sammie has been instrumental in developing the company's data capabilities, including the launch of our award-winning proprietary identity solution: dmg::ID. She is passionate about data storytelling and communicating data in an accessible way, with her work in this area reverberating across the industry. This year she has been awarded Future Media Leader of the Year, Future 100, 30 under 30 and Rising Star in Media Research for the MRG.
