Simon spent the early years of his career as a corporate finance lawyer. In the subsequent years he expanded his practice to advise on all manner of non-contentious commercial and IP issues, while continuing to advise on M&A, fundraising, joint ventures (both in the UK and overseas) and other corporate matters.

Although Simon works with clients in various industries, the majority of the clients he works with are in media, marketing services, leisure or retail.
