Charlotte Tobitt joined Press Gazette in February 2018 as chief reporter and rose to become first news editor and now UK editor leading the site's day-to-day news coverage. Previously she spent four years at The Surrey Advertiser and has won awards including the Trainee Journalist of the Year Award at the NCTJ Awards of Excellence in 2016.
