Christopher Kenna is CEO and Founder of Brand Advance (BA) - a Startups 100 2020 company, which authentically connects brands with diverse audiences globally through insights, media and creative expertise.

As a mixed race, gay father Chris is passionate about diversity and representation within the media and advertising industry.

He is a member of the WFA Diversity Advisory Board, and the V&A Museums Advisory Board.

Chris was recently awarded the Media Leader Judges award by Mediatel, named on EMPower’s 100 LGBT executives 2020 and EMPower’s 100 Ethnic Minority Executives 2020, plus awarded Innovator of the Year in the Ex-Forces in Business Awards 2019.
